The structure is two sets of rollers.

A. Single-sided gluing machine, using heat transfer oil heating, coating rubber roller adopts imported silica gel, the highest temperature of the glue layer surface can reach 100 degrees, and the control rubber roller adopts stainless steel anilox roller, the highest heating temperature can reach 200 degrees. The transmission method adopts independent motor control; the upper roller adopts turbine lifting, and the lifting height can be displayed digitally. The rubber roller is controlled by the rubber roller with flanges at both ends, and the rubber copper plate is precisely cut to ensure that the glue does not leak when working.

- The roller is driven by an independent motor, and the bottom roller, the rubber coating roller, and the rubber coating induction are respectively independent of the motor using a one-way bearing to rotate, the rotation is stable, the glue is evenly applied, and there will be no teeth caused by the chain during the rotation. Stripes;

The diameter of the glue roller is Φ240mm, and the rubber material is imported silicone material, which is resistant to high temperature; the diameter of the glued steel roller: 190 stainless steel roller is an anilox roller, with 100 prisms per square centimeter, which can better control the amount of glue.

--The width of the inner space of the gluing machine is 1510mm, the effective working width of the rubber coating roller and the rubber coating steel roller is 1350mm, the effective working width of the bottom roller is 1300, and the bottom roller is narrower than the surface roller. The function is to prevent sticking within 1mm When the material is pressurized, the contact between the two rollers causes the bottom roller to glue.

--The glued rubber roller and the glued steel roller are both through shafts, the roller body structure is a double-bladder seamless steel roller, the wall thickness of the inner bladder is 12mm on one side, and the wall thickness of the outer bladder is 16mm, which is firm and non-deformable; double bladder structure It is conducive to the circulation of heat transfer oil, which ensures that the temperature of the rubber roller reaches the melting point of the glue during the production process;

- After the oil is heated, it is directly introduced to the rubber coating roller and rubber coating steel roller of the coating machine. In the future repair and maintenance, as long as the heating tube is replaced, there is no need to disassemble the coating machine.

- In the lead position with the gluing machine, the gluing machine uses a rotary joint, which does not affect the oil circulation.
