Working principle and main technical parameters

1. The transmission drive adopts synchronous belt drive.

     Separate control in front and back in two sections, three stations, three sides sealed packaging.

2. The position of the station adopts straight block and cylinder control.

3. Compression is controlled by cylinder.

4. Sealing adopts electric cylinder + elastic steel sheet.

5. The front and rear sealing glue guns are controlled by modules and fixed on the side.

6. The box is automatically adjusted and positioned: left and right-using synchronous belt, buffering using cylinder.

7. Box packaging size:

     Height: 60-500mm

     Width: 200-1200mm

     Length: 200-2400mm

8. Packing speed: 6 pcs/min
